Shelly Trumbo, MBA, is an inspirational, mission-driven leader with extensive experience in healthcare transformation. As the Executive Vice President & Chief Transformations Officer, and former VP of Well-Being at Adventist Health, Shelly has over a decade of expertise in community health, population health management, and value-based care.
Her leadership has focused on large-scale well-being strategies, such as launching the largest Blue Zones Community Project in the world and improving employee well-being across health systems post-COVID. Shelly also spearheaded Adventist Health's response to the CalAIM Medicaid innovation, building infrastructure to address social determinants of health and enhance care for underserved populations.
She has a background in quality improvement, collective impact, and leadership development. Shelly holds an MBA in healthcare administration and is pursuing advanced education in executive coaching and organizational change.
